Due to the innovative design and stainless steel construction, our bell ringing mechanisms are completely protected against rain, dust, extreme weather, very high or low temperatures and oxidation.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

 

STAINLESS STEEL:

The external housing of the bell ringing mechanisms is made entirely of stainless steel, a material that provides excellent mechanical strength, resistance to wear and oxidation, and it is entirely recyclable and environmentally friendly.All stainless steel components are undergone special chemical processes in our laboratories for greater oxidation resistance of the resulted material that outperforms the performance of plain stainless steel.

Excellent for use in coastal areas and areas with high humidity levels.

 

MECHANICAL POLYAMIDE:

To increase the speed and impact force, the Bell Systems impact piston is surrounded by a synthetic material, the mechanical polyamide. Mechanical polyamide is a tough and durable material, excellent for applications requiring exposure to high mechanical loads due to its high wear and impact resistance.

It has high surface hardness and retains its elasticity even at low temperatures.

 

FLAMEPROOF & TINNED CABLE:

The cables we use in the electrical installations of our systems have overload protection and are extremely resistant to moisture, seawater, acids and extreme temperatures.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

 

SOLID ONE-PIECE SHAFT:

The solid one-piece central shaft that we use offers mechanical reliability and durability even in installations with very high frequency of use.In order to maintain the traditional tone of bell ringing, the contact point of the mechanism with the bell is metallic, as in traditional clappers.

 

ENAMELED WIRE & COIL CONSTRUCTION:

The heart of our mechanisms beats thanks to the high quality coil that gives the power needed for ringing the bell. We use enameled copper wire with coating of high durability and heat resistance up to 200°C.

Our coils are then secured with special metal fasteners, cloth and dipped in a protective varnish to create a robust and waterproof construction.
